What we collect

• Audits: the URL you submit and the audit results (public information about that website). We store a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting, never the IP itself.
• Contact requests: the name, email, phone, company, website and requirements you submit, plus quotation, payment-reference and delivery records for your project.

How we use it

To produce your audit, respond to your request, prepare quotations, confirm payments and deliver services. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Third parties

Audits query public services: Google PageSpeed Insights, RDAP, Wikidata, OpenStreetMap Nominatim and an AI analysis provider (which receives public page text only). Data is stored with Supabase and the site is hosted on Vercel.

Retention and your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@nexgentools.io.

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking cookies. The admin area uses a single secure session cookie.
